Blue Sunday Bar and Grill, which also has locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland, celebrated its soft opening back in August and recently held a grand opening at 830 West Edgar Rd. Dishes include homemade crab cakes with kale salad and remoulade sauce, cheesesteak egg rolls, sushi rolls, ribeye steaks and Scottish salmon.
The restaurant receive the endorsement of Mayor Derek Armstead, who called it a "top-tier" dining establishment.
Kevin Yang, who runs Blue Sunday, said the goal was to make the restaurant a destination for any event, from a casual dinner to a special occasion. The restaurant offers live entertainment and cocktails are crafted by mixologists, Yang said.
“Our mission is to deliver exceptional service, a lively atmosphere, and mouth-watering cuisine that keeps guests returning,” said Kevin Yang.
